So I have this idea that I've been kicking around since I heard that both YouTube and Share Play were coming to the PS4. Now that it's here, and I've already gotten some minor experience uploading a couple of clips to YouTube (Spelunky and P.T. in case you want to check them out), I want to see if I can get a partner or two on board. What I want to do is basically start a Vodcast using the PS4's sharing stuff.
The idea is that we'd be getting together to discuss recent topics in gaming, entertainment, and whatever else we wish, but we do it while we are playing something. We could be facing off in a competitive match or taking turns in some single player game or doing to co-op; whatever we want to that day. While we game, we do our best to hold a conversation about some issues and stuff. The PS4's video recordings are limited to 15 minutes right now, but I think that's plenty of time if we stick to one or two topics per episode.
If you're interested, I'm looking for two or three people to sign on and do this regularly with me, and occasionally we'll have some guests or whatever. All you need is a PS4 and a headset. And Plus, since we'll be playing online. If you want to join in on the fun, just let me know in the comments. I'll follow up and find out what the best times will be to record once I know when people are usually available.
