QuOTM this month was one of the closest ever, and it came down to my breaking the tie. To break it down, ShinjiTakeyama, Bluexusion, Amaltheaelanor, and codsquallic each had 2 votes in this category, with kliklik also getting one. Of those who got 2 votes in category, ShinjiTakeyama and Amaltheaelanor were each tied with the most overall votes with 4 each. So to break the tie, I had to choose one, and to do that I went ahead and made headers for both of them. This one was the better header, so it won the month.
